Link to 2021 Staffing Professionals Survey

Hi there,

I'm writing to invite you to participate in the 11th annual Staffing Professionals Survey, an annual research project supported by ClearlyRated, CareerBuilder, and the American Staffing Association. Since 2011, our organizations have been partnering to deliver key insights into the staffing profession. But we need your perspective to ensure we're capturing the true experience of the staffing professional in 2021.

"How will my answers be used?"

Your answers to this research questionnaire will be aggregated with hundreds of other perspectives from your colleagues across the nation, and combined into the 2021 State of the Staffing Professional Study. The comprehensive report will be made available to download (for free) by June of this year, and participants in the study will gain first access. ClearlyRated, CareerBuilder, and ASA will also be organizing and hosting informational webinars to help you and the team at your firm contextualize these findings and create data-informed strategies for growth in 2021.

All responses are collected anonymously, so your perspectives will be protected and reported on in aggregate. You have the option to enter a drawing for one of two $250 gift cards, or a donation to the charity of your choice. We are very happy to offer this incentive and to encourage as many participants as possible to make their voices heard!

"What kinds of questions will I be asked?"

In this 10-minute survey, we're interested in learning about:

  • Your experience working for your firm. We'll ask about your satisfaction as an employee and what drives the experience you have as a staff member at your firm.
  • Your perceptions about what's ahead in the next 12 months. What do you see as the greatest threats to the staffing industry? What about the greatest opportunities?
  • How COVID-19 continues to impact your work, and how you believe it has permanently altered the staffing landscape.
  • The role technology plays in your job, and how your firm approaches technology investments in the context of firm-wide strategy.
  • Your experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Within your company and within the industry at-large—what are you seeing and how effective is it?
  • What would make a new employment opportunity attractive to you, and what is keeping you in your current position.

If my team or I can be of assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. I hope you’ll take a few minutes to contribute, and I look forward to sharing results back with you in June.

Be well,
Darreon
