Why watch this webinar?

Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace is no longer optional. Some of us have long assumed there is a pay equity gap, and we have seen with our own eyes the lack of diversity in leadership. We now have significant data to help staffing firm leaders understand the current state of diversity, equity, & inclusion (DEI) in our industry.

In Part 2 of our staffing industry research webinar series, we’ll share the latest data on the topic of DEI, then learn from two staffing industry experts who are leading DEI initiatives within their own firms. We’ll discuss:

  • The state of DEI in the staffing industry and its increasing importance to staffing buyers and internal employees
  • Remote work trends and how WFH and hybrid schedules factor into the DEI discussion
  • Where to start (or continue) making progress towards improving DEI, and how to get everyone on board from entry-level to the c-suite

You’ll come away with tangible takeaways and action items to help advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in your own organization.
